When we say “About Us”, we truly mean it’s “About the Team”! At EMS of Virginia, we strive very hard to create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and trust. In a field where the work can be challenging and rewarding at the same time, we recognize the need to have an environment that allows each person to feel comfortable, productive, and proud.

Our administrative leadership team provides clinical supervision, clinical oversight, administrative oversight, quality assurance, community engagement, and are the steam behind the engine. Our QMHPs carry their work into the community and client residences as the engine of EMS. We recognize the hard work that goes into the day-to-day of serving others and helping them meet their goals, and are thankful for everyone who makes EMS possible (including our team, clients, and community partners!).EMS has been serving the Greater Richmond, Virginia, area since 2005. We currently provide Mental Health Skill-building Services and Intensive In-home Services. We accept Medicaid for our services, as well as private pay and CSA funding.
